Hi there! I'm Erika Kilcher a LPTA, licensed massage therapist, Reiki Master and co-owner of the Lounge. I love helping people heal through therapeutic touch. If you're looking to just relax, heal or work towards the goal of improving your quality of life, I would love to serve you! Some of my favorite classes I've taken include visceral manipulation and neural manipulation, and I'm looking forward to cranial sacral therapy training soon! When I'm not at the Lounge working, I love being a hockey and music mama!

Hello! I’m Elizabeth Embry, a dedicated massage therapist and Reiki master with a passion for fostering well-being through personalized care. My goal is to support your journey toward better health and peace with tailored techniques. I’m committed to continuous learning, always eager to expand my skills and knowledge to better serve you. As a mom to two wonderful kids, I cherish family time, and I also love tending to my garden, finding joy in nurturing plants. Outside of work, you’ll often find me digging in the dirt or exploring the outdoors with my family.

What started as a high school friendship turned into a lifelong sisterhood — and eventually, the vision for the Lounge.
Have you ever had a friend who, from the very first moment you met, you just knew was something special? Like… we might have been twins separated at birth. That’s exactly how it was when we met during our senior year of high school — an instant connection.
After graduation, we went our separate ways, only to reconnect shortly after and slip right back into place as if no time had ever passed. We raised our kids together, missed each other while Lindsay moved around the country, and celebrated like crazy when she finally returned home.
A life-changing spiritual awakening for both of us sparked a shared vision: a space for connection, growth, and community. And that’s how the Lounge was born — a sanctuary where healing, learning, and friendship come together.
