Halotherapy is a natural wellness practice that uses micro-particles of pure salt to support easier breathing, skin health, and deep relaxation. Gentle and restorative, it’s like a refreshing breath of ocean air for your body and mind.
The Biomat combines far-infrared heat, negative ions, and amethyst crystals to ease stress, soothe muscles, boost circulation, and support deep relaxation and healing.
